From your Kissuomo account you can manage your orders, addresses and subscriptions.
If you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for exchange or for refund within 14 days of the merchandise's delivery date.
THE COST OF RETURNS FOR ITALY IS FREE.
THE COST OF RETURNS FOR EUROPE* IS €20 (CHANGE ITEM + €10).
THE COST OF RETURNS FOR EXTRA UE IS €40 (CHANGE ITEM + €20).
*For Greece and Corsica, the return cost is €50 (CHANGE ITEM + €25).

Send an email to email@example.com with your name and your order number; we will contact you and we will book for you the courier that will pick up your return.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.
Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Returns must be packaged in the KISSUOMO.IT box.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. KISSUOMO.IT reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days. Processing time may depend on credit card company.
For orders paid by Paypal you will be refunded on original account.
For order paid by bank transfer you have to send a mail with IBAN code.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in this amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
IMPORTANT: Any customs fees are paid by the customer.
