SHIPPING
The delivery of our products takes place within a range that can vary from 3 to 12 working days, depending on the destination location and product availability. These delivery times are designed to ensure a quality service and allow the correct carrying out of all verification, packaging and shipping processes. We are committed to respecting this interval. Shipping costs €10.00, as does the return.
PAYMENTS

REFUND & RETURN
To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@kissuomo.it or can contact us by telephone at +39 051 0953575 . The product must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and have no marks of any kind. Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order, in the original box which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way , nor used as the only external packaging.
KISSUOMO.IT reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with all conditions. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
